Legal assistant to two Partners in a corporate, defense law firm of 250+ attorneys. Responsible for preparation of correspondence, legal documents including briefs, orders, motions, interrogatories, petitions, pleadings, resolutions, tables of authorities, reports, letters and correspondence from brief instructions, handwritten, typed or recorded drafts; determines format, distribution and priority; processes legal documents, research and reports within the department, through the courts or with other agencies; obtains a variety of records required for cases.
