Daily Duties at Home Depot:

Assisted the Store and Assistant Manager with daily operations of the store. Assigned as Manager on Duty three times a month. Responsible for maintenance, signage, in stock issues, setting monthly and weekly ads, inventory, ordering and weekly Manager Reports. Employee training, reviews, aisle assignments and time variance issues. Solving customer issues such as returns, out of stock, deliveries and special orders. Earned a reputation as a valuable and cooperative coworker by: being fair, honest, and willing to help others when needed; effectively resolving conflicts at appropriate times; and assisting new associates to become familiar with company policy and operations.
