Daily Duties at Cessna Aircraft Company:
Facilitated Lean Enterprise System implementation. Led functional areas in the application of Lean tools (baselining, standard work flow, kanban, 5-S, Visual Factory, Total Productive Maintenance, set-up reduction, mistake proofing, method sheet development, etc.). Single point of contact for the development, updating, and review of all Lean training materials used at Cessna. Performed both instructor and train-the-trainer roles. Coordinated all safety and non-technical training for a 1,300-person division.
