Evaluated manufacturing processes for waste and inefficiencies. Facilitated problem solving/process improvement workshops, using Value Stream Mapping, Process Mapping, and other tools as appropriate. Identified improvement opportunities. Created action plans to implement solutions. Taught principles of Lean Manufacturing.
