Daily Duties at Harrah's :

As a three-time chairman award finalist and property winner, my peers have recognized my skills as the best in my field. Through management and teamwork within the organization I reduced the total cost of all risk management programs from $2.5 million-dollars per year to under $250,000 per year. My experience in areas outside of the human resources department such as food and beverage, security, legal, finance and compliance made me a valuable team player within the organization. This has given me the insight to understand and build relationships within other departments within the organization.
