Daily Duties at Ipa, Llc / Southwest Risk Services:
I provided proven and valuable risk management services to our clients in the field. My clients were based across California, Nevada and Arizona which included 21 Cities/Towns in Arizona, 300 Non-Profit Organizations and 15 casino hotels in Nevada. I successfully spearheaded a massive Y2K program to protect our clients from losses resulting from Y2K. In addition I worked with clients in providing safety and OSHA programs, which aided our clients in successful compliance programs, allowing our clients to obtain VVP status with OSHA. I provided risk management statistical analysis and audits of current risk management programs; I also provided Workers’ Compensation loss control programs to help our clients reduce their total cost in workers’ compensation claims. I investigated general liability claims against our clients and aided in the successful negotiation of such claims.
