Support for Company’s retail point of sale software, CounterPoint, for over 150 Batteries Plus stores nationwide Team member handling phone support in excess of 50 calls daily New Store Set Lead for in-store network, PC, and peripherals setup Responsible for all Point of Sale PC, printer, and software purchases & configurations for stores, both new and existing Daily communications with vendors regarding all stores’ pc/peripheral/software purchases Technical Writer for “How-To” manuals and troubleshooting documents to support company’s software and all store’s point of sale equipment
