Accountable for all aspects of running a highly successful restaurant on Milwaukee’s East Side Front of House Manager, with a staff of 30+ employees Responsible for all insurance claims and Worker’s Comp. Filings Responsible for hiring and scheduling of employees, liquor/beer ordering, Payroll entry and new employee reporting, Inventory calculations, budgeting, along with many other general office duties
