Contract Employee providing different forms/levels of support for multiple companys regarding their individual and vendor software, PCs, laptops, as well as peripheral devices PC troubleshooting and repairs, combined with daily communications to vendors addressing said problems Team member handling phone support in excess of 75-100 calls daily Technical Writer for “How-To” manuals and troubleshooting documents to support company’s software and users’ knowledge of products Initial set up of machines (PCs/laptops/printers) for users
