Daily Duties at Marshall Evangelical Free Church:
Answering phones, keeping records of visitors and new church members, designed and edited weekly bulletin and monthly newsletter, responsible for printing, in house, the newsletter and weekly bulletins along with mailing the newsletter. Scheduling of appointments for both Pastors and church members. Responsible for paying bills, making out payroll, reconciling three different checking accounts monthly statements along with typing, filing, data entry, ordering and purchasing of church supplies.
