Daily Duties at Spike & Charlie's Restaurant Group:
Managed cash drawers, deposits, POS system, bar inventory and over 40 service, bus and bar staff. Conceived and developed all training manuals and house policies for servers, bartenders and bussing staff. Established and cultivated local Convention Center and Concierge relationships to solicit large business parties and special events.
