Daily Duties at Esh, Inc., :

Responsible for the set up, verification of parameters, and operation of equipment in the resist lamination, tooling, printing, and developing of printed circuit boards. Monitors and completes preventative maintenance on both printing and developing equipment. Maintains production and maintenance logs. Using blueprints, determines proper lay up of multi-layer printed circuit boards during tooling and printing. Responsible for training new employees in the resist lamination, tooling, printing, and developing processes. Responsible for determining proper assembly requirements and soldering and assembling required parts on printed circuit boards. Responsible for the shipping and receiving of printed circuit boards to both outside vendors and customers. Assists in troubleshooting of problems and provide process and procedural improvements. Generates reports on computer.
