Daily Duties at Serv Mart Inc. / Service Division Of Romero Surlow Sales, Inc.:
Provide technical support and service to all customers in my region. Installed and trouble shooted Home theater (Bose), car audio (Sony, Pioneer, Durabrand, Extreme, Sanyo) and security cameras made by Samsung. Troubleshooted software and hardware problems in computers for Home theater, car audio, and security cameras. Performed monthly preventative maintenance, including scan disk, defrag, and archival activities. Solves problems, handles difficult or demanding customers, makes simple business decisions, and provides monthly service to customers with little or no supervision. Maintains all Displays in stores. Repairs non-functioning computers, and keeps an adequate supply of parts necessary for repairs.
