Daily Duties at Game Tech Inc., :
Provided technical support to customers and answered daily questions and solves hardware and software problems for customers in person and over the phone. Maintains all computers in casinos. Repairs non-functioning computers, and keeps an adequate supply of parts necessary for repairs. Completes program changes in a timely and accurate manner. Installs new computers for customers. Provides initial and on-going training for customers. Performs monthly preventative maintenance, including scan disk, defrag, and archival activities. Performs all programming for customers, for fixed hand-held computers, and other computers in casinos. Solves problems, handles difficult or demanding customers, makes simple business decisions, and provides daily service to customers with little or no supervision. Supervises and assists in training of Field Service Technicians if needed.
