Daily Duties at Sedgwick Cms:
Project Manager/Service Center Supervisor Project Management - Project Manager for Call Center Projects: Telecommuter Pilot Program, Email Management and Customer Service Expansion analysis of project effectiveness and successful implementation. Operations- Provide leadership, support and development of contact center Leadership Staff, Team Leads and CSRs in order to meet the contact center organizational objectives, maintain client service levels, and performance expectations. Client Services - Work with implementation team to transition new clients for multi-line claims management. Handle service issues and escalations for satisfactory resolution. Provide product training for clients and conduct presentations for new and prospective clients.
