Daily Duties at Kma Benefits:
KMA benefits, wholly owned subsidiary of KMA Capital, is a supplemental benefits provider targeting groups and employers. I developed a program, which offered savings to members through travel as well as everyday expenditures. I worked with the VP of Sales to nurture a national sales team for larger corporate sales development. Accounts ranged from 200 employees to 360,000+ employees. My responsibilities include Business Development, Operations and Management. I am responsible for all aspects of the client development cycle including planning, prospecting, developing, closing and account maintenance. I manage all financial aspects of the office including the budget and profit and loss statement, as well as manage the Administration process.
