Daily Duties at United States Army:
Maintained daily accountability of personnel under my direct supervision. Assigned specific tasks to subordinate supervisors for accomplishment. Maintained a direct working relationship with senior enlisted advisor on a daily basis. Discussed current and future training requirement, duties of personnel, promotion recommendations, and maintenance of equipment. As necessary, facilitated classes on Equal Opportunity awareness to personnel within the organization.
