20 direct report and 300 staff. Managed collection managers and telemarketing staff in the areas of goals, projections, bonuses and hiring requirements. Director HR Department 1988-1992-Revamped the benefits, training, recruiting and retention programs resulting in a cost savings of $125,000 over a one year period. Developed employee assistance programs. Developed and implemented employee performance based programs reducing turnover rates 20%. Implemented Career Pathing and Pay per performance Manager HR/Training 1985-1988-Developed and implemented productivity and staff retention improvements. Led Leadership development training. Managed all human resource staff, directed all recruiting and hiring, employee verification, benefits and training programs. Developed a COBRA program and lead training for Managers on unemployment claims. Developed benefits, training, and orientation and recruiting programs. Compliance with FLSA, ADA, FMLA, EEO and others. Project Managed telecommunication implementation for ACD/IVR improvements. Project Managed rollouts of a HRIS system company wide. Employee and Labor Relations Specialist 1983-1985-Designed and implemented a new hire orientation program. Designed and implemented monthly employee newsletter. Implemented an incentive program to reduce attrition rates. Handled all unemployment hearings and employee grievance. Reduced occurrences by 65%. Recruiter for entry to mid level hires. Customer Service Rep-1980-1983-Answered incoming calls from debtors-achieving goals at a rate of 144% Placed B2B calls and achieving projected goals 125%
