Daily Duties at Synet/Predictive Systems:

Director Client Services 2002-2004 Analyzed client needs and executive strategic planning sessions, process reengineering, training, and HR implementations for various Fortune 100-1000 customers across multiple sites and industries. Some of these included manufacturing, insurance, financial and healthcare. Clients were multi-site nationally and internationally-London, Australia, Switzerland and Germany. Led organization development efforts internally and billable time at client sites. Strategic management coaching, change management, marketing, pre-sales activities, vendor & contract management and securing engagements. Plan, estimate, coordinate, and monitor project team activities, compensation and training requirements. Recruited and assigned staff to projects, maintaining staffing levels and budget requirements. With 30 direct reports and over 500 subordinate staff, wrote and managed contracts, statements of work and provided HR consulting management to clients to include training plans, job descriptions and revamped, policy and procedures. Program/Project Manager 1997-2002-Managed major reengineering projects in banking, insurance, medical and utility companies from $200K to $100M across multiple sites, including vendor & contract management, process, training, HR, staffing level recommendation, metrics and technology implementations, staff and budgets across multiple industries. Weekly status reports to executive client and internal management. Improved productivity by 25% after process reengineering. Improved customer satisfaction by 33%, employee satisfaction up 20% reducing attrition by 30%. Designed and managed HR job descriptions and policy administration training implementations for employee performance and compensation reducing attrition by 25%. Led leadership trainings for Change Management and talent acquisitions. Coordinated and managed projects from strategy through detailed design and completed on time and within budget-training, HR, communication and technology. Conducted analysis, process design, HR implementations and technology rollouts of a leading vendor's five software modules in North America, Latin America and Europe including process and training implementations. Led several software application rollouts on time and within budget-process, training, technology. Consultant 1996-1997-Developed design and implementation business processes, HR and training requirements for customer service delivery in the banking, property management, insurance, health care and utilities industries. Developed a defined HR training methodology, curriculum development and implementation for client projects based upon employee performance and industry best practices across multiple sites and industries. Brought in 200K additional revenue in the first 6 months. HR Director & Recruiter 1996-2000-Coordinated and managed all aspects of internal recruiting, staffing levels, benefits, compensation, training, payroll administration, employee relations and day-day HR activities across multiple sites nationally. Managed on the HRIS system. Led Organizational Development and Leadership training for all staff. Restructured medical, dental, vision and life programs resulting in $300k savings. Created and implemented a formal bonus and training program. Implemented a metrics and management system for HR. Handled unemployment claims and arbitration. Analyzed and implemented benefits program from 21 employees to 400+. Managed HR alignment and benefits throughout merger. Set up the COBRA plan and handled Workmen’s compensation. Developed policy and procedures in accordance with US labor laws, FMLA, and ADA requirements.
