Daily Duties at Harper Brush Works:
Prepared bank reconciliations – two payroll accounts and along with the general bank account. Reconciling subsidiary accounts to the general ledger. Complete multi-state sales tax returns and update tax tables. Maintain fixed assets up to date. Issue 1099’s each year. Data entry of payables and check printing. Prepared all payroll journal entries each week and standard journal entries done monthly. Help with A/R invoicing as needed. Contributed to month-end closing.
