Daily Duties at Skill Storm:
Provide support to the Dupty and Group Chiefs, team centric organization, and utilize Microsoft office Applications, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, formatting presentation, development, and preparation with staff members as required. Answer phones, messageing, and interoffice communications. Maintaining calendars for customer. Schedule, coordinate, and arrange meetings, conferences, and onsite/offsite activities. Maintain conferenceroom reservation system. Experience with government agencies/Intelligence Community.
