My responsibilities included: ·Overseeing and developing the manufacturing processes of special work holding devices and material routing. Programming of Fanuc, Allen Bradley, OKK, GE, and other machine controllers. ·Implementing lean manufacturing processes and scrap reduction including the creation of work cells for similar parts. Common routing practices, Creation of generic CNC programs that could be easily altered for minor differences. Recommended the purchase of a combination turning/milling machine. CNC programming of lathes, mills, grinders used in manufacturing processes. ·Development of lean manufacturing work cells. Reduction of scrap through common practices and in process inspection.
