Daily Duties at Bax Global:
Responsible for both domestic and international shipments. My responsiblities include auditing airbills from customers into the computer with accuracy, making labels and labeling freight on the dock, answering the multi-line phone, taking pick up requests from customers, filing bills, and giving rate quotes to various customers. I assist and direct any difficulties customers may be experiencing.
