Daily Duties at Daksha Vyas, Md:

Responsible for day-to-day multi task operation for a busy neurology solo practice with two locations, which included a rehab and pain management facility. Responsible for management of personnel/human resources, as well as, office support services which included two office staff members, two clinical staff members, two physical therapist, and two neurodiagnostic technicians. Prepared consult reports, marketing plans, etc., and responsible for negotiation and credentialing of doctor‘s insurance applications/contracts and other outside neurodiagnostic firms. Position required updating of all doctor’s CME’s, licensures; scheduling of workshops, conferences, etc. Knowledge of generating and overseeing billing operations with outside agency was required in addition to patient insurance authorization/coverage, etc.
