Daily Duties at United States Army:

•United States Army; Administration Sergeant •Sorting and distributing incoming communications. •Executed and maintained personnel and officers’ records under the marks filing system, performed clerical duties in support of the department including time and attendance. •Trained and supervised 8 soldiers in the section. •Responsible for correspondences and other office tasks. Scheduled appointments and reservations, in charge of assigning incoming personnel to quarters and giving welcome and incoming briefings. •Completed typing and word processing correspondences, prepared documents, and reports including NCOER-Non Commissioned Office Enlisted Evaluation Reports, fitness, and leave authorizations, identification card.
