Daily Duties at Aerotek Professional Services:
Supported an Operations directors and 2 executive level directors and team. •Demonstrated high –level competence with word processing, spreadsheet, database, graphics, and web and communication skills. •Effectively applied strong self-organization and self-management skills, with considerable emphasis on self-initiation and follow through on a broad range of administrative support tasks. •Order supplies for the department and the common area production room and copy room, order catering service for meetings when required. •Prepared Event PowerPoint presentations for placement in the four elevators in the building prepared and compiled employee binders for new hires for weekly orientation including accessories to be included with the employee binders. •Schedule travel, conference rooms, and meetings, manage a busy schedule with constant change, answer phones, meet visitors, sort & distribute mail, filing, set up events & gatherings for Communication Department. •Copying, faxing documents, typing various correspondences, digital scanning documents and sending to appropriate personnel.
