Daily Duties at Ay Network Solutions:
Customer service for computer integration, installation of software, tech support for software after installation. Maintenance of Hardware and all Software Application problems in Desktops. Performance of Computer Hardware Adds/Moves/Changes as required in accordance with established guidelines. Provided support for Windows 2000/XP, Windows NT, Win 95, Win 98, Office 2003 & MS Exchange Client. Application of new patches on Desktops as and when required, timely and regular Antivirus signature update on all Desktops. Asset Management (Hardware & Software) of Desktops. Graphical Illustration for creative slogans and banners, Digital Photography, Web Design and Animation and accounting. Started as general office clerk and promoted to Assistant Manager. Supervision of 6 employees and service to over 100 customers.
