Daily Duties at Rms:
work with international and domestic customers to resolve aging on accts, research disputes, deductions and shortpays. have the ability to do writeoffs under $100.00, use two email addresses on a daily basis to communicate with customers and also use different systems on a daily basis to communicate and research the accounts.
