Daily Duties at Northshore Staffing Group:

• Provide administrative support to a team of five recruiters. • Manage front desk and lobby. • General administrative functions of copying, faxing, filing and other various requests from recruiters. • Provide excellent first impression by welcoming candidates and answering phones. • Maintain database by entering new client and candidate information. • Prepare spreadsheets for daily schedules and weekly reports. • Create and distribute monthly calendar. • Prepare presentations for sales calls. • Maintain recruiters call logs and candidate files. • Assist with payroll and corporate maintenance. • Compile and print new start candidate forms and paperwork. • Enter and maintain daily candidate interviews with client companies. • Review and distribute over 100 resumes daily.
