Oversee CSR Dept- weekly time for all dept. Technical adviser - train new employees - returns and remakes to corporate and factory - monthly sales promo- product & procedure designer- Daily client contact - replace any employee either CSR or Sales absent for the day- Inventory oversee to make sure product is available keep in touch with order dept for delivery and stay in touch with factory on problems with product - Work with sales to promote growth Incharge of display of products at yearly company conference : Designed and Implemented Customer product training and designed manual this program for other numerious duties as needed or as assigned
