Sales Professional responsible for providing voice/data communication and technology solutions to Hyatt and Peninsula Hotels. Uncovers, qualifies, defines, proposes and closes new sales orders in line with the company's business objectives and within profitability guidelies established by the company. Ensures the timely delivery of all services and products sold and ensures that all monies are collected. Provides coordination of project planning meetings, attends customer meetings, coordinates the resources of the operations and engineering departments as required, delivers invoices, negotiates disputes and other customer satisfaction issues.
