Daily Duties at Thomson Elite:
Led the development of the Enterprise Records Manager application of the Elite Enterprise Practice Management suite. This application is installed at more than 800 medium to large-sized law firms around the world. * Responsible for project management, design, and development for Enterprise Records Manager releases 3.3 – 3.6. Improved the product stability and added over 25 new features to the application including a more robust document search capability, improved navigation, electronic records support, a full-featured and user customizable reporting capability, and integration with commonly used document management systems. * Represented the application development team at user and industry conferences. Performed product demonstrations and met with clients to elicit and review business requirements. * Developed VBA modules, shell scripts, and database triggers that clients and integrators could use to implement or integrate Enterprise Records Manager into their existing IT environment. * Trained Support Analysts and Implementation Consultants in application use and troubleshooting techniques.
