Daily Duties at Biller Comm+:
• Implemented Hands-on Customer-facing Architecture, Training, Support and Project Management expertise in Wintel arena for companies such as HP (OPSWare) and VMware, providing Systems level technical management, implementation and administration: - Windows A.D. domain and infrastructure support (NT/2000/2003/2008; DHCP, DNS, WSUS, SMS/SCCM, MOM, Sharepoint, SQL, IIS, ISA, Exchange). - Performed systems support with tools such as Windows VB scripting. - Virtualization technologies with design/analysis, and backups using products such as Veritas integrated with Windows. • Installed virtualization infrastructure and processes using VMware ESX/VI3 for corporate clients such as Bristol Myers-Squib and Merck. • Security Speaker at InfoSecurity conference in NYC on Cyber Security for the Small & Medium business, in conjunction with Homeland Security, FBI, NIST, and NCSA. • Responsible for Windows Networking, Architecture, Security, Backup, Administration and Support, and integration with third-party Security products such as McAfee. • Security and Auditing Software support. • IIS and DHTML Web Site maintenance.
