Great team builder ,and motivator
In my job position as a production supervisor i have the daily opportunities to lead,guide,and support many great individuals.Recently our company was aquired by a larger active wear company and they have implemented many new procedures.Safty is a big issue with our new company and they have got me more involved in the safty aspect of the manufactoring operations.I have recently attended some very good training sessionson safty ,and related subjects.new project
I was recently given the responsability of overseeing a very large inventory project.The project consists of about 500 cases of rejected,discontinued,and overrun goods.I assembled a team of myself and two of my best team members.The goal of this project is to get an accurate inventory count of all goods and styles of goods in order to recover some of the lost revenue that we have aquired in the last several months. the estimated value of these goods could be as much as 100,000 dollars.It appears that we will finish this project about two or three weeks ahead of the given deadline.Excited about gaining more education
I have just inquired with my local community college about some great certificate programs in management and human resources.
