What they like about Steak & Ale:
The social vibrance of a hiring firm is very important to you. Your ability to make and maintain friendships there is a critical part of your decision. You would likely be dissatisfied with a workplace that is quiet, cold, or otherwise not particularly social. When you investigate a new hiring company, ask recruiters, managers, and potential co-workers about the social life and opportunities there. This is especially important when you are relocating; moving dramatically alters your social sphere both inside and outside the workplace.

I was hired as a receptionist for a real estate company three months ago. My second pay check from Prestige Realty LLC I was paid the hourly wage I asked for. Now my job title is receptionist, but I know this is not the job I do. I have never been a receptionist before and I do anything I am asked to do. I work for the broker I manage 3 web sites. I create marketing material. I design fliers for all the open house and new listings, and any changes to a listing. I create and send email campaigns. I am not first response on the phones.
