Daily Duties at Sport Chalet:
Assist customers in the selection of footwear for athletic and non-athletic activities. Ensure all customers received the customer service they deserved. Assisted in problem solving activities ranging from simple exchanges to product dissatisfaction. Focused on cross selling various products throught the facility.
