Daily Duties at System One:
· Served as Problem Manager Lead for a staff of 10 analysts responsible for tracking problems from beginning to end and managing all communications between the 90 service groups. Managed the helpdesk problems associated with the SAP R3 implementation on issues dealing with the BW module of HR for expense reports, travel schedules and timesheet reports. Provided third level support to the helpdesk analyst and to the desk-side support technicians.
