· Over a five-year period, promoted to progressively more responsible positions in support of the Coca-Cola Account. · Managed application rollouts, user and group rights on the server and file backups and restoration using Enterprise Administrator, Tivoli Storage Systems and Veritas Backup Systems. · Technical Consultant for projects that included the SAP rollout project that implemented the following modules: HR with Business Workflow (BW), Financial Accounting (FI), and Materials Management (MM). Other projects included the server migration project to move Novell Netware servers to the Windows 2000 server platform and the Windows 2000 Pro desktop migration project. · Worked with the management team to create the outline for projects and develop action items with realistic timelines for projects. Participated in weekly staff meetings to update project status and in some cases daily project meetings to give update reports or create action items. Used Lotus Notes Domino Systems to update the “DashBoard” on projects within Coca-Cola and MS Project to update projects for Siemens. · Provided systems support on Windows 2000 Active Directory. Managed the NT domain using Enterprise Administrator and managed a 200 plus server farm of Novell Netware servers. Maintained the backup and storage systems using Arcserve for the Novell Servers. · Consultant on projects that included the migration from Token ring to Ethernet; the remote access using Securid on VPN, ISDN, DSL and dialup; creating a database of consulting personnel’s access rights in on the servers; lead for the team on the implementation of the Customer Service Management (CRM) system Clarify; the technical lead for a merger of a newly purchased company, RocketCash, on to the Coca-Cola network; the development of a web tool for Unix password resets; supported the helpdesk with SAP customer service support; supported the second level teams in troubleshooting implementation problems with Peoplesoft, J2EE, Oracle, Access Database, Macintosh applications and Graphic Applications.
