Travel Coordinator / Executive Assistant to VP Administration. Duties included administrative support to VP; booking, purchasing, and management of airline tickets and travel arrangements through WorldSpan and Sabre for all business travelers, including senior executives and directors; assistance with corporate community relationships; organization of special departmental events; supervise VP expense and travel reports; reconciliation of corporate credit card invoices; corporate liaison for American Express business credit card program; creation and distribution of daily electronic newsletter to all home office employees; delegating distribution of high volume phone calls; general departmental management and organization.
