* Managed multiple teams of project managers, instructional designers, visual designers, course developers, and engineers, to create over 50 e-learning courses for a variety of corporate clients. * Doubled corporate practice revenue in first year by growing relationship with Dell, and establishing new relationships with Motion Computing, Centex Homes, Whole Foods, Hilton, and Texas Instruments. * Led the development of Fusion�s proprietary GECCO course engine, which uses a template-based approach to separate content from technology, enabling more rapid and economical course development.
