Daily Duties at Apex Systems:
did weekly payroll for up to 250 employees using PeopleSoft and some of the clients' software, and did weekly adjustments; kept track of the employee time cards coming in daily, verified hours; handled the paperwork for direct deposits, benefits, garnishments, etc; data entry- employee hours and personnel information; faxes and copies, and maintained all machines; ordered supplies for the office; dispersed the mail; was the primary contact for all in-branch payroll, A/P, A/R, H/R issues; was the branch contact for corporate issues; greeted clients and employees daily; light receptionist duties; maintained/ filed all copies of time cards, benefits, direct deposits, check registers, time entry sheets, and various logs; had an assistant for a short while whom I trained in all aspects of the branch and managed her workload
