Prepared attorney to give formal statement before Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission with respect to multiple legal ethics inquiries. Drafted motion to dismiss, motion for commission to take discovery from non-parties outside of court jurisdiction, subpoenas for depositions, and jury instructions. Drafted answers to written discovery and prepared documents for production in response to requests for production. Assisted in preparation of written and oral presentation materials for mediation conference in personal injury case, which resulted in multi-million dollar settlement for clients. Conducted review of attorney case files in connection with confidential fact investigation of legal ethics questions for major Chicago law firm. Researched, analyzed and drafted inter-office memoranda regarding numerous factual and legal questions.
