Daily Duties at Citi Bank Eclerx:
• Portfoloio reconciliation using ISDA (International Swaps and Derivatives Association) and non-ISDA forms; review, prepare, and execute OTC derivative trade confirmations in support of the Firm's equity derivatives and interest rate derivatives businesses • Monitor pending agreements (including active ISDA Master Agreements) and confirmations on behalf of the group; follow up to completion • Identify and resolve issues in OTC Derivatives Documentation; including negotiation of long-form legal language changes in relation to OTC transactions with in-house counsel • Work closely with IT team to help build OTC databases to increase trade efficiency and continual development of confirmation infrastructures to improve trade automation (i.e. DTCC- Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation)
