Daily Duties at Association Of Schools Of Public Health:
Responsible for the cradle to grave financial and administrative management of grantees funded through various funding mechanisms. Served as a liaison between the grantee and federal agencies. Responsible for the review and tracking of expenditures incurred via sub-awards to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal regulations, reviewing progress reports, and assisting in the preparation and execution of the annual A-133 audit. Participated in approximately 15 site visits to member schools to promote company programs such as the intern & fellowship program, funding opportunities, and provided guidance/addressed any grants and contracts concerns. Assisted with the development and review of proposals. Developed and redesigned various administrative and financial reports to comply with federal reporting requirements and initiated the development and implementation of a web-based grant coordination system.
