Daily Duties at Nature Serve:
Responsible for the cradle to grave administrative and financial management of all grants and contracts and the management of the division’s operating budget. Provided technical support to all NatureServe staff as it relates to grants and contracts to ensure compliance with federal regulations. Assisted in the development of policies and procedures as it relates to effective grants management within the organization. Served as the liaison between the organization and funding agency to identify effective funding mechanisms and troubleshooting as needed. Managed the work of the grants accountants and led regularly scheduled team meetings. Provided budget and grants management training and guidance to project staff as needed.
