Skillfully managed more than 125 multinational employees and 20 distributors throughout Western/Eastern Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Russia and the Ukraine. Developed strategies to guarantee sustainable profitability and sales growth. Designed effective profit and loss tactics for European & ECMAR Headquarter operations aligned to market requirements and customer needs. Served as point person and representative in all public relations, legal, regulatory and official business areas. Reported to President / US GM
