Conferred with local CPA’s concerning end of the year tax preparation and filing. Coordinated material purchases, vendor relations and safety compliance within the organization. Managed contract bidding and implementation for those awarded. Initiated business operations, ensuring long-term viability. Managed business processes with nearly 2K customers within local community. • Developed additional business opportunities by selling preventative maintenance and priority care programs. Conducted work-site reviews to ensure safety measures were utilized. Provided training in various aspects including customer service, sales to include offering additional products and services. Built commercial customer base. Assembled, installed, and repaired pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems, according to specifications and plumbing codes. Managed, coach and mentored a team of service professionals to provide quality service to all customers. Promoted safety and health procedures. • Increased business profits and volume by developing existing business and cultivating new customers after two years. Followed up with customers from leads provided by field service technicians. Identified bid opportunities, prepared bid packages and perform estimates for jobs. Met with customers to assess work to be completed, provided estimate, and closed the sale. Monitored the progress of the work-site from start to finish while serving as primary contact for the customer. Nearly doubled profits after the first two years.
