Daily Duties at Group Resources:
Reporting to Senior VP of Operations, worked directly with business associate responsible for early identification of potential high dollar claims and review of medical claims to recommend the most cost effective treatment for patients without sacrificing quality. Developed strong customer service and leadership skills through cost effective resolution of patient issues. Specific responsibilities included communication with vendors, clients and patients to assess current and future needs. Assisting sales and marketing staff to ensure clients were assigned appropriate rates. To research alternative methods for treatment resulting in soft dollar savings to clients. Evaluate and assist with negotiations to ensure optimal results.
