Primarily responsible for product development from design to prototyping and team leadership for approximately 10 staff members. Progressive responsibilities covered…… • Developed new and modified existing product designs using current electronic packaging technologies and 3D modeling on AutoCAD. • Lowered product costs by 10%, focusing on process flow, scrap reduction, quality improvements and effective in process control systems. Designed and modeled the mechanical requirements and issues relating to mounting high-precision optics. Conceptualized and defined architectures, design, develop, and document prototype efforts and supported projects through the manufacturing process.
