Hired by owner of this company to restructure all aspects of the business, win back lost reputation, and achieve significant revenue and profitability gains in a highly competitive territory spanning Greater Minnesota and metropolitan areas. Managed the activities of personnel in the lab, production, shipping, and customer service departments, with strong emphasis on client-centric philosophy. Clients included athletic organizations, associations, and gymnastics and dance studios.  Facilitated production through close contact with key personnel. Defined timelines, and scheduled appropriate personnel to meet critical deadlines through to product delivery.  Developed and implemented stringent ordering, inventory, and supply purchasing controls to meet quickly growing production demands and to maximize ROI and revenue achievement.  Other accomplishments included resolving software issues in partnership with programming personnel to keep company at the leading edge, and successfully negotiated highly advantageous pricing from approved vendors.
